Greystone Steakhouse was one of the more extensive projects I have ever been involved in. The unique symbiotic relationship we developed put me in a position to become their marketing team. I worked closely with the owners and management team to come up with marketing solutions to generate more leads by reservation. Over the four year relationship I established with Greystone, I developed my experience in leading advertisement campaigns for restaurants. Whether it was a holiday, a new promotional event, an educational tool on Wagyu & cuts of steak, we constantly updated our strategy to match the competitive nature of the Gaslamp District, San Diego.
Lead Generation Optimization For Reservations
Whether it’s promoting online sales of their gift card, marketing the Roxy or the Cellar for a more exclusive dining experience, or giving tours of the kitchen, Greystone relied on me for nearly all of their marketing efforts and support. These efforts were primarily focused on the ease and enticing a guest to make a reservation.
